B.Combine terms:-

12a + 26c -4c – 16a

= 12a – 16a + 26c – 4c

= -4a + 22c


The answer is (c)

Solve:


11+3*5

=11+15

=26

The answer is (c)

D. |-26|, which is right from below?

(a) -26

(b) 26

(c) 0

(d) 1


Solve:


|-26|

= 26.

The answer is (b)


E. Simplify:(4x2 - 2x) - (-5x2 - 8x).


Solve:


(4x2 - 2x) - (-5x2 - 8x)

= 4x2 - 2x + 5x2 + 8x

= 4x2 + 5x2 - 2x + 8x

= 9x2 + 6x

= 3x(3x + 2)


The Answer is 3x(3x + 2)


F. 16w3 – u4w3

Solve:

16w3 – u4w3

= w3(16 – u4)

= w3{42 - ((u2)2}

= w3(4 + u2)(4 - u2)

= w3(4 + u2)(22 - u2)

= w3(4 + u2)(2 + u)(2 - u)


The answer is


 w3(4 + u2)(2 + u)(2 - u)

        Ariyan was playing basket-ball. 1 of his shots went to the hoop. 2  shots did not go in to      the hoop. How many total shots are there?

b. Adding 100:
       Axelina have 10 pieces of logenc to share with her friends. There was not enough logences for everybody her friends, she went to the shop and got 70 pieces of strawberry and chocolate flavour logences and 10 pieces of mango . How many pieces of  logences does Axelina have now?

 c. Adding 1,000
      How many biscuits did you sell if you sold 320 chocolate buiscuits and 270 vanila biscuits?

2. SUBSTRACTION:

a. Subtracting 10: 
     There were 3 pizza in total at a pizza shop. A customer bought 1 pizza. How many pizza are left there?

b. Subtracting 20: 
   Rakesh said he had 11 stickers. When he helped heis to clean his desk, he only had a total of 10 stickers. How many stickers are missing there?

3.MULTIPLICATION:

a. Multiplying with 1-Digit Integers:
   Adrianna needs to cut a pan cake into pieces. She cuts 6 even rows and 3 even columns  into the pan. How many cakes does she have?

b. Multiplying with 3 Integers: 
   Alina stacks bricks in 2 rows, with 10 bricks in each row. which is on top of each row, there is a stack of 6 bricks. How many total bricks are there?

3. Division:

a. Dividing 1-Digited Integers:
     If I have 4 pieces of chocolate evenly into 2 bags, how many pieces of chocolate are in each bag?
b. Dividing 2-Digit Integers
    If you have 80 tickets for the movie tickets and each ticket costs 5 tickets, how many tickets can you go on?

4. MIXED OPERATION:

a.  Mixing with Addition and Subtraction: 
     There have 235 books in a library room. On tuesday, 123 books are takening. On wednesday, 56 books have brought back. How many books now there are?
